Depending on the sample, you can resolve
80 nm features laterally, in full colour.
With no environmental constraints such as vacuums, clean rooms, or cold rooms, the NANORO M can be used on any basic optical table.
Access super-resolution easily, and rapidly, without needing to book time in at the SEM or TEM.
Easily swap between routine objective lenses (10x, 50x, 100x, etc.) to locate the area of interest, and then use SMAL to see your sample as never before.
